The MonkeyBuddha Diaries and its accompanying podcast The MonkeyBuddha Tapes is a project initiated by Zach Manta in September, 2017. I’m glad you’re here! The first year of content covered my experiences and insights while living abroad in the Kabarole District of Uganda working for The Kibale Forest Schools Program. My following year was spent as a master’s student in the University of Chicago MAPSS program focusing on the psychology of human kinship systems.
